This is an exceptional condo in downtown Victoria. Very clean and situated in a great location. Secure parking in underground parkade.

This unit is a fantastic option for a stay in Victoria. Patio has a nice view of the inner gardens. Both of us worked remote from this condo for two days, and we had plenty of space to work and take calls. Parking is very secure, and once you get here you can walk everywhere in the city. This condo was clean, and the bathroom is expansive. The kitchen, dining area and living room are very nice. All of the cookware you need is already here, too. The host was fantastic, stayed in close contact with me as we worked our way from Vancouver on the ferry. I would definitely stay in this one again on a future trip to Victoria.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this apartment.
It was super cute, decorated nicely and very clean. There is a great balcony overlooking a great outdoor courtyard with water features. We really enjoyed spending time out there and watching the seagull fledgling and other birds below.
Laura was a great host. Very helpful and accommodating.

Had a fantastic 5 day visit in Victoria while My wife and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We wanted to be as close to the downtown area as possible to explore the area, enjoy the dining and local attractions. This was the perfect location, the condo was clean, well stocked with day to day necessities. The property manager was accessible and helpful to communicate with if needed. The only disappointment was the pool and hot tub where down for maintenance during our stay. Thank You we certainly hope to visit again.

Great property (just like the photos), nicely furnished with all the amenities (as listed). We had one issue - our cell phones access when we arrived in Victoria - but this was on us (we'd checked with our service provider but misunderstood the coverage). But the host, Laura, still managed to find us and get us set up in the condo. She is a premise host for a reason. The location is amazing - within a 100 yards of the Empress hotel and a block from the marina. All the restaurants and shops are relative short walking distance. There is no question that we stay here again when we return to Victoria.

In Victoria for an event at the conference centre and the location was ideal. Great spot for walking around downtown. Also, the car spot came in handy since our travel plans unexpectedly changed in the beginning. Laura was quick to respond and very helpful. The unit has a well stocked kitchen and fireplace. Helpful tip: the full size master bedroom has a lower bed frame and there is a twin bed in a separate private room. Wonderful stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed this suite it was perfect for our 10 day stay in Victoria . Loved the view of the garden area… which also provided some privacy. It is also located on the quiet side of the building..
liked that we could walk to most restaurants to meet our friends for dinners out.

The condo was spotless! Very bright, well designed with absolutely everything you need. Great patio with serene garden. You’re in the middle of the city, so it is still loud from the patio and pool area, but we had no issues sleeping.
The den is very small, there is a single bed in there, but not much space for anything else. It’s quite bright too, but she provides an eye mask.
Laura was super communicative and accommodating. She answered all our questions promptly.
Location was amazing - kitty corner to the Empress and super close to restaurants, shopping and the harbour.
We will definitely stay again when we’re in Victoria!

We spent 5 nights here & wish it had been longer. The location was perfect for making everything in Victoria reachable by foot. The place was spotless, extremely well equipped, & quite comfortable. Laura was extremely responsive if we ever had a question or a concern. We would love to return.

Wonderful property! Comfortable bed and quality kitchen with everything needed to cook a great meal. The living room was pleasant and was a great place to relax. Enjoyed the outdoor deck with the pond and garden below.

Beautiful Victoria apartment
My husband and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Check in was a breeze, the rental was spotless, beautifully and tastefully decorated, and everything looked brand new. It was so comfortable and had all the amenities we could have wanted for our stay. There was a lot of natural light from the many windows which gave it a cheerful, airy look. We had a terrace overlooking a peaceful courtyard, and the building has a heated pool and hot tub which I was happy to use. The location is perfect for downtown Victoria, the whole area is very walkable. Laura was a gracious host, and her dad Richard showed us around and answered all our questions when we arrived. All in all I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a clean and lovely apartment in Victoria.

Fantastic time in Victoria
Laura is an excellent and responsive host. Her property was spotless upon arrival and exactly as described in the pictures - a spacious one bedroom condominium with an extra bed in the den. Being a corner unit, the condo had lots of natural light.
You cannot beat the location and everything you would ever want is very close-by: restaurants, pubs, gift shops, convenience stores, the nicest Starbucks we have ever been to is right across the street, the Empress Hotel, the provincial parliament buildings, and on-an-on I could go.
Our sincere thanks to Laura for her wonderful hospitality. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Victoria.

Parking was included but can be tricky only because the vehicle parked next to us (wall on the other side) was a behemoth, long cab pick up truck that made getting around a challenge - but who knows, could have been a guest. The only "negative", which really isn't one, is that the den bedroom could use darkening shades but it wasn't a deal breaker. Laura was very easy to deal with - even though I screwed up and was in the wrong building at one point and thought the fob didn't work - thankfully figured that out within a few minutes so she didn't make the trip out. Am planning on staying here again!

Perfect location for exploring downtown Victoria. The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The building is very secure and free parking is provided. It is exactly the way it is shown on the website.

The condo was perfectly suited to our needs. It is in a relatively new high rise. It was well equipped and very nicely decorated. Location was ideal for downtown access and very close to bus depot for arriving via bus-ferry connection. Laura was very accommodating and accessible.

We rented a car which fit great in the underground parking spot provided. The unit is fairly isolated and we only ran into other residents in the elevators. The unit itself is updated and full of everything you would need for your stay. Patio has a beautiful water feature beneath it that you can enjoy with morning coffee. Local coffee shops within walking distance too! Thanks for a great stay!!
