The man who first met us with the keys was very nice. The condo was well equipped.

The pool closed down early in our stay. I picked the condo based upon the pool as I had my kids with me. This was very disappointing. Also, one day I entered the lobby and waited for my son to come meet me with a key. A man approached me and confronted me about entering the lobby. This man was rude. He told me he was the building manager. He needs a lesson in social skills.

Location good, apartment stylish.

Smoke alarm went off during the first night. Turns out it was a known problem, and hadn’t been correctly diagnosed and repaired previously. Manager talked me through disconnecting it and undertook to send an electrician to sort it out but they never turned up. Also there were no bathroom supplies and only half a toilet roll provided.

Great location and very clean! Views were spectacular!

The only drawback was a smoke alarm that went off each morning around 3:30am. Had to push a button and that resolved it, but still a bit of a bummer.

it took a few trials to understand how and where was the assignment parking lot is located: the ingress and egress was so confusing. In summary, the assignment parking lot was not easily accessing due to poorly marked and lost time trying to figure it out with few trials. At the end of day one I figured it out😃

The check out process is so confusing. How to and where to drop off the fob keys after existing the room. A better directions should be given to guest at check in for instance and/or prior to check out a email should be sent to remind guess of the check out process.

Superbly equipped high--quality condo, fantastic location.

Minor point - the huge comfortable bed needs to be further away from the window.
