About this house rental
Classic one story Cape Cod home located on the ocean side of Truro on over an acre of land has 3 bedrooms, 1 sleep sofa and 3 full bathrooms and is comfortably furnished.
Upgrades over the years have been, fire pit, renovated laundry room, almost all new windows throughout the house, new Weber grill, Solid Oak Hardwood Floors in the Master Bedroom, Living Room and Dining Room Area and Queen Bedroom, individually controlled Mitsubishi A/C and heat in every room of the house, including the den area, large flat screen tv's, Sony music system compatible with a variety of audio sources, beach chairs, beach umbrella, foosball table, bocce balls and more!
The main living room has open beams, a fireplace, and a wall of windows with plenty of places to lounge and read or watch TV. This is also the location of the large dining room table which is perfect for family or group meals.
The master bedroom is separate from the main living area and is located at one end of the house. It has a king bed, large flat screen TV, and private bath. The second bedroom is located off of the dining area with 1 queen bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom as well. The third bedroom has two twin/single beds and is located off of the kitchen area with its own access to the back deck area or to the front patio area. Off of this bedroom is another living/den type room at the other end of the house with one sleep sofa and one normal sofa, flat screen TV, dining room table, wood stove, vaulted ceilings, screen doors and screen panels which brings the outside in during the beautiful summer months!
The kitchen was completely renovated for the 2019 season with all new cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, dishwasher and more, for your cooking pleasure! Many other kitchen amenities you may need are provided as well.
The back deck area has a fire pit, picnic table, patio dining table and chairs, umbrella, and grill, perfectly suited for lunches or BBQ dinners overlooking the lush greenery of the backyard. The front patio area has outdoor seating surrounded by lovely plantings and wonderful sunlight at different times throughout the day.
There is a large private outdoor shower which offers the option of having two panels swing open for those who want to enjoy the beauty of nature while in the process of showering!
Located in a walk-out basement area is a washer and dryer for your convenience, with plenty of room for bicycles, beach gear, etc. 4 beach chairs are provided as well as a beach umbrella and bocce balls. If you get bored while doing laundry there is a foosball table in the laundry room too!
There is plenty of parking, free WiFi, cable, central A/C & heat.
Renters of this home are entitled to reduced rates at a Swim Club and Health Complex facility located less than 5 miles away which features a Large Heated Indoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Slide, Hot Tub, Sauna, Steam Room, Tennis, Basketball, Large Sun Deck, Outdoor Fire Pit, Frozen Drinks and more!
Local beaches and restaurants are less than 2 miles away in Truro and the neighboring towns of Provincetown and Wellfleet, which are only a 10 minute drive away, there is even more to offer.

The house is in a great location and very clean. The living room/dining room area is large with lots of sitting room. Only complaint would be that we felt like we were in a fish bowl with no curtains on the large windows in this room. The kitchen is updated and pretty much equipped.
