The outside deck area offers seating and a grill to enjoy all those summer cook-out favorites.
And the enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for after a day at the beach!
The additional bonus of the Screened in porch just extents the outside living space to include a daybed to lounge, read or perhaps just to nap.
The quiet neighborhood is just the place to relax and enjoy your family and friends.
The Beaches all just a short drive away provide you with some of the most beautiful stretches of sand and sea.. all there just to be appreciated and enjoyed.....
An EV outlet (next to the driveway) is now available for a fee. Please ask me about it

Everything about the house was wonderful and we loved every second of our stay. The house is well designed and it has everything you need and more! The main bedroom is super comfy (we didn't use the upstairs bedrooms but they looked equally great and both have ceiling fans plus a/c). On the three hot days in two weeks that we used a/c it worked fast and efficiently, and quietly. The first floor kitchen, dining and living areas are filled with natural light all day and yet without being hot - the overhang of the house keeps the sun from shining in and the windows on all sides make for fabulous breezes. The slight elevation of the first floor on the back side (due to a slight hill) makes you feel like you are living in a tree house. The basement stays nice and cool and has an extra seating area and a table that is great for work or games plus enough floorspace to do a workout. The bathrooms are spacious, as is the outdoor shower (which has hooks and shelves for towels, shampoo, etc). The grill heats up in minutes, as does the cooktop, and both enable you to gaze upon the stunning view while cooking. The screen house has comfy chairs and a couch as well as an overhead fan and electricity. Sandy was a terrific communicator before, during and at the end of our stay. We look forward to the chance to stay here again.

We stayed in this house twice and loved it. The house was a perfect secluded getaway but still close to the beach and the excitement of P-town. Butterfly bushes beside the house and gorgeous woods made us feel like we had really escaped to the country by the sea. The owners were nice enough to let us bring movable gates to keep our kids safe (two staircases made me nervous). It turned out that the house was great for kids and adults alike. They could play in the living room or watch a movie in the basement t.v. room, which was nice and cool after a hot day in the sun. At night, we adults hung out in the detached screen room/lounge and listened to music while the children slept upstairs. The kitchen, as well as the rest of the house is sunny and surprisingly spacious. We also loved that the house is “green” with bamboo floors and geothermal heating and cooling. The decor is a stylish modern cottage and felt completely comfortable. The gorgeous beaches were 5-10 minutes away by car and P-town was close-by too. One of the many perks of this house is the helpful binder full of restaurant and other local information that the owner’s created to make a guest feel at home. I highly recommend this house!*We actually stayed here over a year ago but the website didn't allow me to include the dates.
