The staff were very nice and helpful, they helped us with luggage transfer after we checked out. The location is great, right next to the ginza line station and a 5 min walk from the asakusa line and main shopping street. The room was clean and compact, but we had everything we needed, additional amenities were available at the front desk (including tea bags, filtered coffee, wipes and even origami kits). The massage chair was awesome, we initially thought we won't use it, but after a whole day exploring it was actually a very nice way to relax.
Toilet was super cool :)
There is air conditioning in the room, however we still felt a bit hot and stuffy during the night. The room is quite small (which we expected) so we had to put some of our suitcases on the window sill.

Location, cleanliness and massage chair was a welcome bonus. A nice walk to the Imperial Palace and Tokyo station.
