Very Nice Hotel, rooms are a great size, beds very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Highly recommended. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I found it unusual that you had no milk for the coffee or tea in the room.

Super convenient location next to bus stop to Airport and Tokyo Station; spacious apartments and very nice service; access to great gym
More limited breakfast variety and bathroom is in the bedroom - when we book apartment we want the people not yet sleeping to have freedom to move and not have the toilet next to the bed

The location was great. Had a good view from the room. Had a good kitchen which was important for us
Number of things did not work in the room. Dishwasher was misaligned. Toilet seat was not warming up. The rug in the living area was dirty. Furniture in living area was also not good. When we arrived we pointed out all these things but the staff took no action

The location
The breakfast was bare bones Consider the price of the breakfast and the room charge. The dryer in the unit didn’t dry the clothes properly. The clothes came out damp after one hour of drying. I only had 3 summer outfits in the dryer. The dryer smelled a little moldy. I think there was not too lint. The dryer and washer was the number one reason when traveling with a family for more than a week. There was no paper towel in the kitchen.
