今回のように大事な用事ではなく、遊びに行くときに泊まるならいいホテルです。

東京駅からすぐで立地がよく、朝食が美味しかった。

タクシーの予約をお願いしてできたと連絡をもらっていたのにできていなかった。また、予約してほしいと伝えると予約にいくらかかるなどの説明をして、いくらかかってもいいとお伝えしたのに結局予約されていなく、当日ホテルの人がタクシーを外で止めてくれたので最後は困りませんでしたが、予約できないなら初めから予約できないのでと言ってほしいかった。この日は天気が悪くて、どうしても翌日、目的地にタクシーで行きたかったので、無理なら初めに言ってくれれば、他のホテルに高くても泊まったと思う。ちょっと不安でした。

It was ok. The lobby had a lovely smell of lavender essential oil when you entered.

For the price, I have stayed in better Mitsubishi Garden hotels. Staff were cold but professional, but this seems to be a general character for Mitsui Garden hotels. The lounge area which had free coffee and tea with some Lotus biscuits looked like it had been converted from a meeting room. The music playing over the system was 1980s kind of piano lounge music, but badly-played… made me feel as if I was in a YMCA in the 80s. The amenities were not great either. The power outlets at the bed couldn’t fit two travel adaptors side-by-side. Bathroom looked and felt dated as well. Really felt like a YMCA instead.

The best location

Location is great , walking distance from Tokyo station which is a huge bonus . The neighborhood is pretty amazing and not as loud as others whith great food around the area , and many stations close by

They have smoking rooms so be mindful of that when you are booking

Well located, decent mid-price hotel part of Mitsue Garden hotel chain.

Great location, close to main station and subway.Room was adequate size for Japan. Would stay at again.

Facilities beginning to show signs of aging. Bath tub was yellowing and is ready to be replaced.

Very good

Excellent location next to Tokyo station and walking distance to many atractions, financia district, shops and Imperial gardens,. Room quite big for Japan middle size and Breakfast was very nice.

Breakfast could have a few more options of cheease and charcuterie and more quantity and variety of Fruits. The TV options were very poor . No smart TV and no other Channels available than Japanese wants.

Convenient and walking distance to almost everything.

The hotel was very convenient to Tokyo Station. Only 7min walk. Checking in was a breeze. Staff were very helpful and spoke a good amount of English so communication was not a problem. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hotel was also close by Ginza shopping area.

The shower would've been better if there wasn't a tub. Also wish there was more options on the TV selection. There was only local Japanese channel and CNN. Wish there was at least movie options. Even one would've been better than nothing.

Room and services was good. Reception staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was average compared to other hotels I have stayed before in Tokyo. Breakfast was a bit crowded.
