Location was perfect for an overnight stay and the room was very good. This will hopefully become our overnight hotel in Tokyo twice per year when we are commuting. Very good.

Location was awesome, downstairs happy hours was great. Room size was ok considering but bed was very hard and mattress topper kept sliding off during the night. Not the most comfortable bed in the world and it took a night or two to get used to the hardness. The location made up for the shortfalls.
The hardness of the bed and the room door was a pin pad with no physical key or swipe card - I did not like this as anyone could hack the code! Laundry required a credit card and you could not use coins or IC card.
