Very spacious apartment for big groups, great location, good Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Keys must be collected in a different location in Venice. It wasn't really that much of a hassle, but there might be another way to handle it that would be more convenient for guests.

Neloģiska (vienas!)atslēgas saņemšana tālu citā vietā, ja durvīm ir koda atslēga.Kodu varēja saņemt tikai īpaši pieprasot.
Nedarbojās fēns. Nav bagāžas uzglabāšana.

Emplacement
Appartement non nettoyé. Le linge de lit des précédents occupants étaient encore présents. Papier de toilettes et paire de chaussettes au sol pour nous recrvoir dans le salon, couvre-lits en boule et lits non faits, pas de draps à disposition ... Pire, après réclamation, le service nettoyage est passé et ce n'était toujours pas propre. La paire de chaussettes était toujours là, les traces de dentifrice sur les éviers, renseignés pourtant par nos soins, n'avaient pas été enlevés. Et en finale, leur proposition d'introduire une réclamation et une demande d'intervention financière - ce que nous avons fait - n'a jamais eu de réponse et ce malgré une relance amicale de notre part. Consternant, vraiment.
