Die Lage ist super, man kann zum Markusplatz laufen über die Accademia Brücke hat aber auch sehr gute Anbindungen zu den Vaporetti. Es ist eine schöne Gegend, in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt und die Kirche.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und hell und hat einen Ausblick auf einen Garten.
Es ist unklar welches Zimmer man erhält, das schöne mit den großen Fenstern hatten wir leider nicht.
Die Mikrowelle und der Fön waren defekt, das Bad nicht gründlich geputzt. In der Küche ist der Boden sehr mitgenommen/ Löcher im Steinboden!
Das Einchecken erfolgt über "Wonderful Italy", auf dessen Webseite man sehr viele Daten abgeben muss und einen Vertrag unterschreiben muss. Ein früheres Einchecken wurde nicht ermöglicht, auch nicht das Abstellen der Koffer, obwohl es einen Abstellraum dafür im Eingangsbereich gibt.

Very pleasant, charming, cosy apartment, very clean, well-appointed kitchen and bathroom, generally comfortable. Is in a quieter area of Venice, streets are almost empty (in early September). Vaporetto stops nearby which gets you quickly across to St. Mark's Square / to the rest of Venice, otherwise it is a bit of a walk. We received detailed instructions on how to access the property well in time, and details of how to pay tourist tax etc.
With five people staying, it was a bit of a squeeze but good value for money. The floor was in the typical Venetian polished stone style, some of which had broken up to make gritty little "craters" but they were easy to avoid. We arrived quite late in the dark, you do have to navigate the lobby and staircase, we couldn't find a light switch, but was fine using torch on phone.

The apartment was amazing. Very clean and spacious.
There isn't an elevator to access the apartment. Travelling with a baby and luggage is not easy.
