About this condo rental
Nestled in Butler Beach, this charming condo for $490 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This Oceanfront condo is the ultimate destination! With a wrap around balcony offering a panoramic view of the courtyard, pool, and ocean. Relax and enjoy the view from one of the two lounge chairs or at the table with seating for four. Once inside, you will find a beautifully updated unit with a spacious living room, tile flooring, smart TVs in the living room, master, and guest bedroom. The dining area has seating for six, as well as counter seating for 3. In the kitchen you will find updated appliances, granite counter tops, both a drip coffee pot and Keurig coffee maker, all the cooking essentials such as a crockpot, griddle, blender, and toaster. The primary bedroom has a pillowtop king sized mattress, an updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and private balcony access. You will find a queen and full bed in the guest bedroom, both with pillowtop mattresses, and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two built in pillow top twin beds in the smaller 3rd bedroom known as the “Crow’s Nest” make for a perfect room for the little ones! This unit is complete with a full size washer and dryer. Please note: The owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at Colony Reef Club! Additionally, this condo not available for rentals over 14 nights. All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. Due to COVID-19 please be advised Colony Reef Club does not guarantee health, safety and welfare and that use of common areas and facilities is at your own risk.

#1203 has a great view of ocean and overlooks the pool from the patio. Unit was very clean and stocked with nice extras like beach towels, beach chairs, and the little items that make a stay easier - dishwasher pods/hand soap/paper towels. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the large pool which is 3x the size of most condo association pools in the area. There is a nice big green space between the buildings that provides elbow room without feeling crowded and the kids play pickup ball games. Grounds and pool are well maintained. Family friendly atmosphere, and the quiet time at dusk is enforced. It is not a party place which is what we prefer. A great place for the kids. Front office staff is very responsive. We've already booked Colony Reef for our next vacation.

We stayed at Colony Reef 1203 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have three children (9, 6, and 3) and the bedrooms were absolutely perfect. From the decor and generous upgrades to the extra care given to the littlest of details (like having dishwasher and laundry pods available upon arrival and beach towels as well as regular towels) it was a true vacation away from home. I feel like if we forgot anything then it was already there waiting for us. We went on this trip with friends who also stayed in Colony Reef who didn’t have the same luxuries that we did, which can only be a testament to the owner and the team behind 1203. Highly, highly, highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, upgrades, and attentive to detail.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, organized and felt like a home away from home. The complex had tons of amenities and we loved the heated indoor pool, sauna and hot tub on the chilly days! The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores and the walk to the beach was easy with a stroller and beach wagon!

This place was great. Easy access to parking, pool and beach. Close to restaurants, Publix, etc. Having an elevator was great for old bad knees. Everything was very clean and maintained…inside & outside. Condo/patio was a little smaller then I thought from pics, but not a issue.

We arrived by plane so having less than minimal kitchen supplies was disappointing as buying laundry and dishwashing detergent for a week was not a good option. I feel these basic supplies should be provided to cover the length of the renter's stay.

Great week
Process was simple even in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic. We were told up front that if we were unable to travel that we would receive a fill refund. We did in fact need to be refunded for one night bc of the 24 hr rule. The condo was everything it was advertised to be. We had a great time.

The king size bed was not comfortable at all way to hard (just mine and my husband's personal opinion) The condo also needed a bigger washer and dryer. They were so small we were having to do laundry from wake up to bed time to keep up with towels for beach and bathing. Parking was very difficult, a lot of orange passes were parked up close. The view from the porch and the living room was amazing. Loved sitting on the balcony and being able to see the ocean and boats.The Colony Reef associates were super friendly. We were able to check in a little early which was nice since we have 2 toddlers traveling so far. Beach access was great the pool was huge and the hot tub was nice after a long day on the beach. One night while we were there they had a movie viewing on the lawn in front of the pool for the families which was very neat. A very family friendly place.We will rent again maybe not this same condo because of the bed but definitely at The Colony Reef.

Nice condo with a great view.
Loved the layout of the condo, especially the "kids room." My only suggestions would be to fix the TV in the guest bedroom and consider tossing out the rusty patio chairs. Other than that, the condo was very well kept and designed well. We would definitely come back.
