Very clean. Spotless.
For the price and shared bathroom. 79 gbp one nightm Expensive and other venues there would be en suite.
Street and area not very attractive. Nothing to do with the guest house, but shabby and trash around other houses around etc. It was nicer parts of Newquay to be honest given the price.
Low bed just about broke my back getting up.
Strange smell in the hallway.

The hotel was situated in a brilliant place . Very close to all the amenities /restaurants and pubs and just a 10 minute walk from the town centre . But it was on a road that was a nightmare to find parking
The bedroom was fine but the bed was so uncomfortable and very low to the floor we may as well have just had a blow up mattress on the floor it was that low. Also we were given clean towels when we arrived and that was it no clean towels for 4 days even the hand towel in the bathroom wasn't changed from wednesday to sunday. And the front garden stunk rotten as there was rubbish left in the bins and boxes that looked and smelt like it had been there for months . Also the next door neighbours garden was atrocious full of rubbish and stunk which completely put us off would definitely would not go back again
