We were quite satisfied. Would stay again.

Lodge was great, easy access to lifts. Pool and hot tub were great. Staff were nice. Room was quiet, equipped as described.

Room cleanliness and fit and finish was a bit under expectations - shower was dirty, curtains were broken, knives were unusably dull. Some pots and pans didn’t work with induction. There was no real seating area for dining in room, which was awkward.

Loved the property however staff let it down.

Clean comfortable suite with great access to the slopes and village. Beautifully decorated with everything you need.

Staff on reception were no help at all when we had no hot water. I contacted them twice with no help before contacting owner. Water is shared with next door and if you don’t get your shower in before next door expect a cold one.

Superb

The location of the suite was great and it was cutely decorated inside, plus stocked with everything you might need. The parking and access to the unit was also very convenient/easy to use. Most importantly, the host was super communicative and nice, which really made our experience enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

The location right beside the venue of my conference (Fairmont Château Whistler), and the proximity to the ski area.

It wasn’t as clean as I was expecting, and there was no ironing board.

Definitely would recommend staying here!

it was a lovely, cozy room that just right for two people on a holiday. we were very comfortable and loved that the suite was only a 10 minute walk to the village.

Very good

Hotel staff were very helpful and assisted us with anything we needed. Room was clean and very well styled. And hot tub was an extra bonus that sealed it to be an awesome night away

Enjoyable, could've easily stayed longer and be comfortable.

Location was great, stayed at Glacier Lodge before so knew what to expect. Pool and hot tub area was very nice, and the COVID booking protocol worked well. Room and furnishings, especially ROKU and Netflix on the TV were appreciated. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Did initially struggle to get the fireplace to work, but once we did we had no problems. Nice to have a few added grocery items for use if you forgot anything and wanted to cook, i.e. cooking oil, s&p, ketchup, etc. Also liked that they had excess paper products and towels etc available if needed.

The only thing I can fault is their dinner ware. It was a bit mismatched and felt like my granny's sets. They do need to add proper wine glasses for sure - we had only one:-). And perhaps same sized coffee mugs.

You are paying for the location not the accommodation.

Like the location. Walking distance to the village and Milestones restaurant

The price charged was double the advertised price. The catch is the Cleaning charge you don't see or expect that is as much as the one night stay charge. The building looked like a well used ski resort. This would have been ok except for the higher charge. If they would have charged $120 + tax for the room I would have gladly paid it and would have overlooked the shabby shower and over worn appearance of the building.

Very good

Location in Upper Village was fantastic. Close enough to walk to Village and steps away from Lost Lake trails. A little market grocery store and liquor store right outside for convenience.
