We liked the breakfast, the room facilities the exceptionally friendly and well trained personnel. Location and views from the room were exceptional, the round sunbed on the balcony was quite an unexpected and useful facility.
The quality of the workmanship in the bathroom and the ergonomics of it. Very difficult to enter and exit the bathroom, someone spread silicone all over the tiles, drains and shower screen which made it look very bad. The AC was set prior to our arrival at 19 degrees, apart from being chilly the entire floor was wet because of this.

The size of the hotel means its more personal and rooms are a nice proportion with lovely decor.
Very close to beach.
Waiting staff in restaurant very attentive.
Nice touch of bottle of wine on arrival, chilled with fresh fruit and hand written welcome card.
On my birthday I received a lovely cake but nothing to cut it with or plates/spoons. Had to sit and eat it with the tea/coffee teaspoons directly off the plate to be able to enjoy it.
Another hand written note wishing me a very happy birthday with another bottle of wine was a nice touch.
We had issues on arrival with AC not working in 1 of the rooms. Reported it 6 times and told all sorted but it wasn't. We moved to another room where the AC worked fine. The pillows, sheets and towels were all stained and marked. Asked for them to be replaced by pressing the cleaning button in room, speaking directly to cleaning staff on our floor and reception. After 5 days still not completed. Not sure if it was a language issue as most staff struggle with English. Giant hanging bedside lamps that when getting out of bed during the night guaranteed to hit your head so be careful.
Outside furniture and balcony absolutely fithly and unable to use them.
Was advised on arrival our rooms had been upgraded to a side Seaview, however as we were on the 1st floor you aren't able to see the sea thru all the trees, not even a small glimpse.
Bathrooms were huge but with me and my friend being larger ladies we had to go sideways to get in the shower and didn't have warm, not hot, just warm for the whole 5 days in all rooms.
I always treat myself to homemade omelette on holiday but sadly wasn't very good so looked for alternatives. Only 1 toaster working most mornings so constant queues. Suggestion to get rid of small wooden spoons for tea, coffee situated by the coffee making machine, absolutely useless.
No rubbish pots on tables so where are you sipped to put all your waste?
Indoor Pool please be aware this is highly dangerous. No point of entry just the very deep large seats where the jacuzzi jets are situated but also the jacuzzi doesn't work. We had to make a chain of people to help each other in and out of the pool, no hand rails, depth markings or even indications of edge of where each deep step finished. One young lady stubbed her toe and took her toe nail off.
Some of the staff need to be more welcoming and eye contact can go a long way.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was so smiley and helpful with everything! It was my partner's birthday and the hotel left us a complimentary prosecco and small cake! Thank you so much for all the effort!
I would suggest including netflix on the smart tv.
