We really liked the location and the staff was very helpful and we really enjoy the mini bar and the air conditioning,
Nothing, only plus.

The location was great, just off the square near the cathedral and close to the Camino. The room was very comfortable and had a small terrace. Soundproofing made it a very quiet and peaceful place to stay at the end of a long day walking the Camino. The coffeemaker and pastries were a lovely addition. The multi-jet shower was amazing and a great relief for aching muscles. I had a couple of questions which were answered immediately by the hosts who were eager for us to have an enjoyable stay.
Nothing at all.

I needed a place to overnight while walking the Camino. It met my basic requirements. I did not know the hostel is unstaffed. You are given a code by email and told where your room is. Once there, the room had a good bed and that is what mattered.
No services or amenities and no one to answer questions. Creepy and dangerous to negotiate a pitch-black stairway with a suitcase...no illumination! It wasn't explained (or I overlooked it) that this is a building of private apartments. I had no idea where I was going and used my iPhone flashlight to find my way.
