Great location

Very well located for both the bus and railway stations. Close enough to the centre of Logrono to be walkable

Frustrated to have our booking changed to a not nice place.

We were booked into Pension La Estacion over the weekend that happened to be the Logrono festival. The day before our booking we had a phone call from the Pension to say they had over booked so they booked us into an alternative hostal - San Juan. This was not a nice place! We selected our hostals after significant research and we would not have chosen to go to San Juan. It was noisy, not very clean and had people roaming the corridor making you feel unsafe.

Exceptional

Cheap, clean, comfortable room 15 mins walk from the historic centre. The owner deals with everything personally. You will need to speak a little Spanish.

No sign on the outside, this is converted residential accommodation licensed for tourist usage. One phone call sorted that out though. Just sit on one of the benches outside number 14 and call her.

It was close to the station which is the main reason for staying there.

Very good

Clean and simple. Seems to have only 5 rooms which are well kept. Bathrooms are nice. It's a bit funky as you are on the 1st floor of an apartment building and given keys to the exterior and interior doors. We found it just fine but if you need a front desk and hotel feel this isn't for you. It is right across the street from the train station and a few blocks from the older part of town. It was quiet.

customer service. no one was waiting for me when i arrived, even though i communicated that I was arriving at 10:00. The phone number listed was wrong and was left out at night without any safe alternative. A neighbor saw me waiting outside and told me that he knew who to contact. Without him, I would have spent the night outside. terrible service!

Best stay ever!!

. The staff was more than helpful. Christina was a gem and came and found me when I was in the wrong building. I am an injured pilgram and they cared such about my health and well being. I highly recommend beyond words

The WiFi signal was not strong in the room but it was good in the entryway and presumably in the other rooms.
