Everything about this residence is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. This is a designer decorated five bedroom residence located in the heart of the Aspen. MY PRICES ARE FIRM AND I DO NOT OFFER DISCOUNTS. The residence features 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home and is the perfect modern chalet for a large family or a group that likes space. Every bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Home features three dramatic master suites with sitting areas and the main Master Bedroom has a large covered deck, and large walk-in closet. This home has a double ceiling height great room and an additional living room on the floor below providing enough space for the entire group! Both living rooms feature a 77 inch OLED TVS. The second living room/theater features a poker game table for ultimate fun. The open plan living area provides a fully stocked kitchen with Caesarstone countertops, imported Mosa Dutch tiles and Bosch appliances. There are radiant heated concrete and wide-planked oak floors throughout the home. Enjoy the indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces with a push of a button. This residence is features all new furnishings and accessories by Restoration Hardware. Prime sunset viewing from the double height great room which opens into a large indoor/outdoor terrace perched over Castle Creek. This is our third time staying at this house! We love the view out the backside of the house. This house has plenty of space for the entire family.

We enjoyed the space. The location was deceiving according to the map on VRBO. We have been visiting Asoen for 30+ years both in the summer and during ski season. We owned a property on Red Mountain years ago. For thr weekly rental of $22k+, we expected a clean property. We understand most rental properties do not accept pets (which we did not bring on this trip). The dog hair was beyond control, the sofas were torn (we turned over the cushions), the sink in the primary bedroom as clogged (never drained). The listing reflected a grill so we brought steaks for one evening. There was not a grill. When we finally connected with the owners assistant, she just said, sorry, there is not a grill. The windows looked like they have never been cleaned. When the sun is glaring late afternoon, it was not a pretty site. Management finally sent someone to clean the west facing windows which was a nice gesture. The fifth bedroom downstairs is a dungeon and had a dead mouse outside the window. Overall,
We should have done our research. Unfortunately, we can not recommend this property. Also, not kid friendly. We had gates brought in for the kids safety. Sorry to post a review like this.

Nothing but good things to say about our stay. The property manager, Claudio, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of during our stay. The beds are comfy and the views are beautiful!

We loved the round family dining table, it was lovely. And the ability to walk to everything in town was great. The ski shuttle was very convenient as well being so close by. We wish they had a hot tub, and the parking was a bit difficult but overall a great place.

On the edge of the city, less than 10min from city center. Very nice area, near Crystal Creek, which you can easily walk down to. The house easily accommodated our family of five with lots of extra space. The deck with the firepit was a favorite spot to hangout and watch the sunset.

The minute I booked- I was put in a group chat with the property managers who answered any question I had INSTANTLY! The check in process was SO easy and safe! I felt so comfortable on my way to Aspen. The house is jaw dropping! No detail overlooked, epitome of luxury in Aspen!
The location literally cannot get better. 5-10 minute drive from everything! This was by far my best VRBO experience ever!

First, this is not a 9 million dollar property. When we arrived at check in time, the house was upside down and the cleaning crew was rushing to finish quickly. We called the manager and they just said they were sorry but didn't give me a solution and I had no where to go. I'm pregnant and we brought our baby and had flown from Florida having planned everything to be there at 3pm (Those mothers reading understand me). We had to wait in a room and the cleaning crew did not do a good job, it was very uncomfortable. There are easy solutions for something like this: they could have sent us to another house to wait while it was thoroughly cleaned and send us something to eat (this cost would have been marginal compared to what we paid for the house). Instead, the owner, who was very rude, called us and asked us why were we in the in the house if the place was being cleaned, but nobody told us so. He told us that if we were not happy we could leave and get a refund, so we basically felt kicked out and where were we supposed to go in the middle of ski season at 5pm in Aspen? Unfortunately, we had no other option but to stay. The balcony sliding door was broken and we called on that same day and nobody answered. We do have to say that the house is beautiful and with a great location. However, it's sad that it is not well maintained nor managed.

The second floor has a beautiful master suite and a 2nd bedroom, which is okay. The other 3 bedrooms are in the basement with window wells. Good home to house a large group.Location is good and bad. Good: on the edge of Aspen city and next to bus stop. Bad: Right on major highway and bridge into city, so lots of traffic day and night. Views would be perfect without highway there.When we arrived, the home was not cleaned properly, especially for a 15 night stay in Covid times, where you would expect a deep cleaning. There were human hairs on the beds and in bathrooms, and animal hair everywhere else (must have had a pet there recently). The manager was good about sending the housekeepers back to tidy things up a bit, but not completely. While the housekeepers were apologetic, they were also a bit upset that we were so particular about our cleaning expectations. For the entire stay, I had to pick globs of animal hairs off of my socks. The main sliding door in the living room was damaged, with exposed wood, making it unable to open properly. We let property manager know the second day when we discovered, both to repair it and make sure we weren't held responsible. The door was never repaired during our stay.On our second day, our door bell rang, and another group of people were looking to check in. After a lot of confusion and the other group saying we were in the wrong home, it was determined that the home had been double booked. The people refused to leave until the property manager would commit to straightening things out. About an hour later, the door bell rang again with the Aspen police trying to figure out the situation. The other group had called the police saying we were essentially squatters and trying to evict us. After showing the police our VRBO confirmation and finally getting the property manager on the phone to explain, the police left us alone.The rest of our stay was pretty uneventful. Never heard from the property manager again, despite the issues. Would have thought they would have followed up or sent something (an apology note or a basket).

This home was exactly as described and in the photos. Comfy seating areas the the bed linens were superb. Had some questions when we checked in and an issue with the cleanliness of floors and the owners/property managers responded right away and very pleasant to work with. We really enjoyed this house and would stay again!

We had a great experience with this property. The manager was responsive and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. The property is really cool/modern and extremely well stocked with high-end appliances, electronics, soaps, and linens. The location is fantastic - we walked to town every day for meals, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing view
My family loved this property. We had plenty of space and the view was amazing. The property manager was easily accessible. We had a lot of friends and family ask where we were staying when they saw our photos from the balcony.

Great house for a family vacation. Walking distance to town and near tons of bike trails. House comfortably held our family of five and is well appointed. There is a bit of road noise from 82 but not too bad. Property manager was very responsive and professional.

Fabulous home on Castle Creek!
Everything about this home was perfect. Great layout, first class furnishings, lovely kitchen and family room with gorgeous fireplace, outdoor Firepit, fantastic location, the list goes on. We can’t wait to lease again!
