The couch on my room was stained, it was nasty and gross. I had to put a towel on it do that I could sit

The view
Having having to pay for parking in a hotel that I’m staying at, the soap was empty, no one picked up our trash (that was bagged), we called about certain things like towels, and it was hard to get in reach with the front office. ( we reused towels)
