We had a wonderful staycation! We really enjoyed the amenities, the hospitable and helpful staff, and the wide variety of food. The all-inclusive package is definitely worth it.
A special thanks to Dona, the GR Supervisor, for going the extra mile to make our anniversary extra special. We truly appreciate her thoughtfulness and effort in making our stay more memorable.
We enjoyed everything during our stay and have no complaints.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island. From the stunning beachfront and pristine waters to the outstanding amenities and dining options, every detail exceeded our expectations. The resort strikes the perfect balance between vibrant luxury and effortless relaxation.
A very special mention must go to Renita, whose exceptional hospitality made our visit truly memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless, always greeting us with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and care. It is rare to see this level of dedication, and she truly elevated our entire experience.

the hotel is good, facilities are good, food is good quality
the eployees who represent the "Rixos" brand. a lady working on reception name starting with "C"- very unprofessional; she would smile at you but would not address any requirment, not even to show willingness to understand. an Indian guy sitting on the desk to do restaruant reservations, also very rude and not competent. its a pitty really, other Rixos hotels in RAK and Dubai have had amazing, professional staff.
