Nestled in Aspen, this lovely house for $450 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Everything about this residence is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. This is a designer decorated three bedroom residence located in the heart of the Aspen. MY PRICES ARE FIRM AND I DO NOT OFFER DISCOUNTS. Built new from the ground, this residence features 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths and is the perfect modern chalet for a group or family! The open plan living area features a great room with vaulted ceilings and Caesarstone countertops. There are radiant heated wide-planked oak floors throughout the home. The gas fireplace provides a beautiful atmosphere with a push of a button. The home is fully furnished and designed by Restoration Hardware. Enjoy white linens and towels and furniture that is of top design and quality. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any chef. This home has excellent walking access to town, the golf course, trails and the Music Tent. Located 8/10ths of a mile from the iconic Aspen chairlift. Perfect location in exclusive West End! Walk to everything! New Construction! Located 0.8 mile from iconic Aspen chairlift! Sweeping views of Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, Castle Creek, Red Butte and Red Mountain. Enjoy excellent walking access to town, the golf course, trails, and the Music Tent. The Downtowner app offers free electric vehicle rides in Aspen's downtown. The Downtowner app services this location. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 Double Bed Bedroom 3: 2 Double Beds (1 Double Bunk Bed) Housekeeping: Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $395 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

Very nice, clean & modern house in Aspen. House was very comfortable and spacious located on a main street with easy access to most things with a 20 minute walk or fast Uber ride. Comfortable beds and added bonus having a parking garage. House faces a main road which can be a little noisy throughout the day and/or at night when sleeping but makes it convenient to locate and walk to downtown Aspen.
Host was responsive and clearly communicated check in procedures. Great place for 3-6 people and would stay at again.

We stayed at the property early March during our kids’ spring break. The house is super close to downtown and the mountains. It is very central. We had a vehicle (so garage was nice) so it literally took a few to five minutes to everything. The neighborhood felt safe and the property manager took the time to introduce himself, show us the funky key lock/ handle situation and then didn’t see much off him at all considering the close proximity. The house was great, rustic, but elegant, practical but very pretty. The one thing I would definitely request is a more sturdy couch in the family room. Something with more structure but comfy. The one there now is sort of a sinking ship when you sit on it and just not good. Beds were super comfy as were the pillows, water was super hot, all and any amenities were in the kitchen and house was definitely pretty clean. They provided more than enough toilet paper, paper towels and a washer and dryer if you needed. All in all, I would definitely say although expensive, value for money was goid. The fact that my son had bunk beds allowed his friend to visit us there from nearby which was a nice touch. My daughter had a great time in her queen bed. The airport is a 7 minute drive. We had a great time and would definitely consider renting again. Thank you!

We loved this property! It was perfect for our group. The location was ideal, as it was very easy to walk into town. The surrounding neighborhood is gorgeous. The property has a well-appointed kitchen and a nice open feel in the living space. We ate most dinners in town, but could easily have stayed in and cooked. The gas fireplace is nice touch in the living room. There was plenty of storage for our ski gear which kept everything organized. We even got 12” of fresh snow on Day 1…so the skiing was amazing. We’d rent this place again for sure.

We had such a wonderful time staying at the house! The interior design was beautiful. All the beds were comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked. The bus stop was a 2 minute walk. The garage was heated which came in handy when it was snowing. The property manager was superb! Any question we had, he promptly answered. It was a very enjoyable stay! Thank you for having us.

I would absolutely stay here again, the host was a great host, he was always available to answer any of our questions. When entering the home it was exactly as portrayed in the pictures, it was spotless, comfortable, and all accommodations that were needed were there. The location was great and was walking distance to the town.

We ended up leaving early, staying just a little more than half the time we paid for. The location on the map when we booked is a quiet neighborhood, just a block or two from town. The actual location was a mile away, on the very edge of town, just a few feet from the main drag, with constant street noise.

Because the contract was so absurd, I didn't want to sign it. But then they get you on their cancellation policy so they won't cancel it even though they tell you if you don't sign it, they will cancel it. So they ended up charging us for the whole stay. VRBO would not help out at all either. So disappointed with VRBO and how property managers can get away with this behavior.

The property is just as advertised, extremely clean, spacious and was the perfect accommodation for our family of 7. We were so comfortable, especially the children with the queen sized bunk beds. Within 12 hours of booking, I realized the mountains were not open at the time of our stay. I immediately emailed, called and put in a change request to stay at a 2 1/2 times higher rate on clear dates. After days of trying to get a reply through calling, emailing through VRBO and texting to a WhatsApp group, I finally got a one answer- “put in a change request”. I said I did and offered my dates. A day later another one liner of “the rates are not the same”. I responded I knew that and then after trying them for the 5th time on the WhatsApp message they responded...”If you need an immediate response, I don’t do changes.” Here I was trying to spend MORE money with this co. and they were very rude when they finally responded. My son and husband then soon after were exposed to 2 positive cases of covid through team sports. We then, having to quarantine them shared this info (along with the number of the hockey director’s contact info to verify) with the company who responded the same again- “I do not do changes.” VRBO tried as well. I am shocked that anyone, let alone in the travel business, is so rude and unaccommodating. I am also shocked that while we needed to quarantine 2 of our 4 family members, they still expected us to stay, recently leaving me a voicemail yesterday asking if we ever came. I would definitely heed others’ advice with mine and really think before using this company. The management is like nothing I’ve seen before. No reason for it, doesn’t make sense and just plain bad business. If you have a problem before or during your stay, I would shudder to think of being in their hands. In addition, they are happy with covid high risk individuals staying in their property. I don’t know how they will respond to this but the review is honest and one other thing, I could not get back any service fees or the cleaning fee because the owner wouldn’t refund anything. Unfortunately I booked too close to get the insurance so I was out of luck.
