It is charming! It is in a great location just off the main street, close to restaurants and shopping, and not too far from St. Mark’s square. It is right on the canal, and the view is amazing!
The hosts are nice and attentive. It is clean and comfortable, and we like that the rooms had a double bed and two twin beds, since we traveled with our two kids.
Breakfast was also very good, a fresh selection of meats, cheeses, eggs, pastries, etc.
I highly recommend it!
The stairs, no elevator, but we managed with our suitcases.

Very good location from a view and access to other areas other than the surrounding of San Marco plaza. Nicely located next to canal.
The workers in the area are so loud so early in the mornings. It really woke you up with startle every other morning. I would not return to this location in particular. Also, AC was not that great it turns off then on again and really didn’t cool the room. It was early June, can’t imagine July or August.
