The property wasn’t that easy to find but you expect that in Venice. The check in was easy and really friendly staff as well. The room was really nice and clean inc the bathroom and the breakfast was good too. Would def recommend.
There was very little I didn’t like but others may find it hard to find and also the stairs may not be ideal. My family and I were fine.

Great view of the canal and an excellent location. The historic building is fascinating and a unique experience to stay in.
Front desk worker was rude and the room we were promised months ahead was not given to us. Sparse furniture within the room and there was a cobweb in the corner. Bartender lacked expertise and the drinks were subpar.
