The service was excellent, the breakfasts were great and the location was good.
The room was so so.. a bit musty. We were right on the canal so I’m sure that had an impact.

Location, size and decor and safety of room. The breakfast was great. The staff were very helpful!!! This was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip to Italy.
There are a lot of stairs leading into the hotel. It worked out ok because the hotel manager helped me with my bag but I wouldn’t go there if you have any trouble walking up stairs.
