Our stay at this super cute, historic hotel was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptional customer service from the entire staff. We were visiting for our honeymoon and had simply requested a room with a window if one happened to be available — and to our surprise, they upgraded us to a spectacular room overlooking the Grand Canal at no extra cost.
They also kindly allowed us to use the hotel for an indoor photo session, which made our trip even more special. The breakfast was excellent every morning, with truly superb service, and the best coffee I had in Venice was served there. On our last day, they even welcomed us in before official breakfast hours because we had an early flight to the airport.
Thank you all for making our stay so memorable and special. We would gladly return!
