Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Lovely staff and a beautiful historic building.
Breakfast was fine but could have been better. Pillows could be better too.

I loved this hotel. It makes you feel like you're in medieval Venice with the fabric wall coverings, the huge breakfast hall, the winding stairs and halls. And, it has a beautiful garden. I loved the location, right on the canal and a bit set off the beaten track. And the staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved it and will 100% be going back. Thank you!

Very charming and old
The ac was not effective and it was very hot.

Location staff and the bed
Breakfast was awful no facilities for making hot drinks in the room, milk for tea was terrible. No toast . Breakfast was stale
