Perfect location, beautiful room and bathroom, and loved the breakfast area each morning!! Barbara and Suni are incredible hosts and I already miss them and their kindness!! Barbara was awesome to chat with and had fabulous recommendations of what to do, see, and eat for my visit and transportation into and out of Venice! Suni was like my guardian angel throughout the stay! Cannot recommend this location or kind staff enough!
The stairs but they weren’t bad really, I knew about them beforehand too, and sweet Barbara was kind enough to carry my suitcase up! Bless her!

Barbara greeted us and gave us routes to get to our scheduled tours. The breakfast was included and was very good. We were encouraged to take an extra croissant and fruit on our early days when we didn’t have time breakfast. The facility was clean and there was a coffee maker in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was so many stairs to climb with luggage but that is all of Venice!

Our room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
However, the hotel has a lot of stairs and no elevator, which makes it difficult for anyone with heavy luggage or knee problems — I wouldn’t recommend it in that case.
Breakfast was very basic and could be improved.
