The location is wonderful! 1 block from the vaporetto stop (water bus). 7 min walk to Rialto bridge. Restaurants/bars, gelato and wine shop right outside their front door. 5 minute walk to the Market. Quiet neighborhood where we felt very safe. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. Our hosts were lovely and attentive to all our needs. Helping with directions and things to do and see. They went above and beyond when we left things in our drawer to ship them to us. The breakfast was a wonderful assortment of cold food options and coffee or tea.
There was a total of 72 steps to get to our room. Yes, I counted. They offer to help you with your bags if you need it.

The property was really clean and in a great location just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge. Breakfast was nice and Barbara and Sunil were both very helpful.

Our room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
However, the hotel has a lot of stairs and no elevator, which makes it difficult for anyone with heavy luggage or knee problems — I wouldn’t recommend it in that case.
Breakfast was very basic and could be improved.
