Excellent customer service and location. We came for the Aral Sea ultramarathon, and the location was very close to the pickup point. They also allowed us to check out late, since we didn't come back from the Aral Sea ultramarathon until 4am and needed the extra rest. The breakfast was also quite delicious.
The Air Con may not have been working, but since it was cool at night. It wasn't a bi deal.

Meticulously clean, very helpful staff, good breakfast, close to everything.

Location was right near the main museums and good cafes. Staff was helpful and breakfast was delicious.
The beds might possibly be the hardest in the whole country.
