Wonderful location, very nice and helpful personnel, spacious rooms.
Balcony door lock wasn't working (all rooms balconies connected and could be accessed from outside).

We had an amazing stay, The hotel is well located near the city center. The breakfast is really good. The staff is very nice and the swimming pool is a big place on a hot day.

Great location. Really nice pool. Big, nice and clean room. Perfect breakfast.
In the first shower we took, we realized that the bathtub was leaking, ending with water in the bathroom floor;;we told reception and a first girl came to mop the floor, then a guy came, did something and left without explanation, another girl came to mop the floor and got annoyed cause the floor was dry. The bathtub kept leaking.

Staff.. was welcomed with an early check-in and offered Breakfast! For me that’s amazing! Staff were always nice and spoke English reasonably well. Lola was very active in making customers welcome
Beds… oh my god.. so hard… I’ve lived in Asia and this is still as hard as it gets. If you like a hard mattress this place is 10/10 for you. If like me, you have hips and don’t want them bruised by lying down you need to avoid. I hope the owner thinks about this issue in future. As it really is insane how hard they are.
