Loved the location because your taxi can drop you off and it is just a short 5 minutes into the historic part of the city. Breakfast was excellent. Historic building. Staff was super nice and helpful and I was grateful they accepted credit cards.
My room had a dank smell and I slept with the windows open. The bathroom is ok but not great. The mattress is a bit thin.

Great People Everyone from the Owner, Mr. Mansoor to all te people workinghere are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nicely arranged and was very tastey. Location is also very good one can walk arround the Ishan Qala and Khiva Bazar from here. They provide pickup and drop from hotel with reasonable charge.

Beautifully restored guesthouse just outside the Old City walls so it was within walking distance but without all the hustle and bustle of tourists!! Staff were incredibly friendly and eager to please. Breakfast was delicious and individually served in the wonderful courtyard.
The room was decorated in a traditional manner which I loved and although some reviewers found the rooms facing the road to be loud, I didn't find that at all. I slept really well.
I asked the guesthouse to help me organise an airport transfer and an onward taxi to Bukhara both of which were great and extremely well-priced.
Ruslan Cafe, just around the corner, is a very nice and friendly spot for a drink before/after dinner...
