This was a great value. We got 4 separate rooms and 4 beds. Much cheaper than a hotel.

Dangerous neighborhood. Exorbitant hidden fees and deposit. Never again.

Surprise $270 cleaning fee and lots of unnecessary communication with landlord, rental agreement, and $500 deposit. This is not at all what I had in mind when I hit purchase on $470 for 2 nights.

it made the trip feel like home. beds were very comfortable
locations, it was literally 15 mins from our venue. Shelly was fantastic!

Great house, please make the instructions accurate!
The house was incredible, super comfortable beds, gorgeous architecture and decor. We really loved Detroit and will be going back for sure, most likely to this same home <3 It's really great. HOT water, super warm heat, everything you could need.
The check-in procedure instructions on the website are not the same as what actually occurred. This was very distressing for me. I did not like sending personal info like ID and credit card info via text or email, when the site clearly states that my ID will need to be presented in person upon arrival(which I was fine with). There was no person when we arrived, and the text I was supposed to receive with info on how to access the house did not arrive until I contacted every phone number and email in the Booking link at 1015 pm in the driveway of a place I had never been. Apparently it was sent to the wrong number. She was very kind and apologetic, and I realize that accidents happen. But there was zero human contact during check-in, which I'm fine with and am used to. But, don't describe this in your ad, and surprise potential guests by changing the whole procedure from beginning to end. I was very apprehensive, and nearly canceled the whole thing a number of times. The property was great, I'm glad I didn't cancel, but the stress was REAL in the driveway after a 3.5 hour drive.
