Apartment completely renovated in Barcelona. The apartment is located on the first floor, there are stairs ramps but there is also the elevator. For the location, the apartment is well connected: the Red Line of the Metro 'La Sagrera' is very close (where there is also the blue line). There are 6 stops to Plaza Catalunya, the city center. There are also several bus stops just below the farm. All facilities and Totally renovated: parquet floor, television, air conditioning and ventilation system in all beds, microwave, kitchenware, washing machine, sheets and towels, hairdryer, soap, basic ingredients for cooking and breakfast, map from the city and the subway, wifi connection. Séjour de 4 jours en Espagne
Super séjour chez Valentina ! Elle a été très très accueillante et nous a reçus malgré l'heure tardive ! L'appartement même est situé à 5m du métro et à quelques arrêts du centre ville,et Valentina possède une place de parking qu'il est possible de louer, un grand plus ! Il y a quelques petits commerce au alentour de l'appartement pour les courses si besoin, nous avons vraiement passer un super séjour la bas ! Merci pour tout !
Really great vacation day at Valentina's flat! She was really really nice and greated us even well into the night! The flat is about 5m of the subway and only a few stop off of the center of Barcelona. Valentina have a parking spot for us to rent which was a great plus. There is also some shop close to the flat if there is need for groceries shopping. We had a very nice stay at Valentina's flat and she was very nice to us. Thank you Valentina!

We were not able to enjoy this apartment fully as we only stayed for two nights. The apartment is very comfortable for up to 5-6 people (we were only 3). All the rooms are small to US standards, and that is what you can expect in many capitals or large cities in the world. It is located in a quiet neighborhood (that is what we wanted), with a supermarket next door. Restaurants, bakeries, and other stores walking distance. Three blocks from the subway, 15' walk to La Sagrada Familia. Valentina stayed in touch with us before our arrival and met us at the front door. She walked us to the apartment and showed how everything worked, specially the washing machine. You can hang your washed clothes outside the balcony and feel like a Spaniard! Everyone does it. If you are planning to drive to Barcelona, be aware of the high prices of parking on the street and the color codes of the parking. Valentina has a parking spot in a garage a block away for only €10 per night. Better to park your car there during your stay and take the subway everywhere. Over all our stay was very pleasant, Valentina was a sweethheart, and I would recommend her apartment for the price/value. Will certainly rent it again if we go back to Barcelona.

He pasado unas muy felices fiestas aquí . La hospitalidad de Valentina ha superado mis expectativas.
Todo impermeable, buena combinación de transporte público, zona muy tranquila, en el piso estaba todo tal cual muestra las fotos, he estadomuy contenta. Buena relación calidad/ precio. Lo recomiendo

Une expérience vin peu courte
Nous venions pour courir le marathon de Barcelone + 3 jours de vacances, nous sommes restées a peine 24h puis départ en catastrophe (état d'urgence Coronavirus). Mais cela n'est pas la faute du logement.
L'appartement est néanmoins propre, l'hôte nous a accueilli tard le soir (minuit passé) avec le sourire. Nous étions 2 , il y a 3 chambres, mais j'imagine mal 7 personnes dedans (pièce commune assez petite). Le principal défaut est l'insonorisation, vous vivez un peu avec les voisins...

appartement pratique et bien desservi
Pour visiter Barcelone, cet appart est parfaitement situé avec bus, métro à proximité. A l'écart de la foule du tourisme ... Valentina propriétaire est très gentille et serviable. En son absence, c'est Edwin qui nous gentillement accueillis. L'appart est bien équipé.

Séjours à Barcelone en famille
Appartement adapté au grande famille, proche des moyens de transport pour visiter Barcelone rapidement . Le quartier est calme avec commerce de proximité en bas de l’immeuble. On le recommande vivement.

Conforme aux photos, propre. Tout à proximité, commerces , transport en commun.. Possibilité d'une place de parking sécurisé ce qui est très rassurant.
Valentina n'était pas disponible pour nous accueillir , nous avons été prévenu et c'est Edwin qui s'est très bien occupé de nous!! Nous conseillons ce logement et souhaitons revenir.

Buen lugar, buena ubicación
El piso de Valentina cuenta con todo lo imprescindible cuando se trata de un city break. Ubicado cerca del metro, quizás un poco lejos del centro pero eso ya depende de cada uno, y tampoco nada que cuatro o cinco paradas de metro no solucionen. La anfitriona ya se encontraba en el lugar para recibirnos y nos ayudó en todo lo necesario. Muy conveniente que además cuente con plaza de parking

Un séjour parfait
Valentina est adorable. Elle a plein de petites attentions pour que les visiteurs se sentent comme chez eux. (un torchon dans la cuisine, du produit vaisselle, de quoi faire une vinaigrette, et même du papier cuisson !). L'appartement est adorable, très propre, très bien situé avec des commerces juste à côté (deux petits supermarchés). Nous avons pu faire nos courses très facilement ! Le métro est à cinq minutes à pied et le quartier, résidentiel, est très calme (très appréciable la nuit !). Valentina peut même vous proposer un parking à cinq minutes de l'appartement. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. Merci Valentina!!

Eenvoudig en OK
het appartement ligt in een rustige wijk, is eenvoudig, en goed bereikbaar met de metro, direct naast (zeer) goed(kop)e supermarkt. Inrichting is eenvoudig maar afdoende. Valentina is zeer behulpzaam, maar we hadden haar niet nodig! En dan is er natuurlijk Barcelona, wat een stad!

Bel appartement , propre, fonctionnel...
Appartement excentré... Importance de prendre métro ou autre (accès facile) Ou la marche si cela vous tente.. Bonne explication de Valentina pour parvenir de l aéroport à l appartement. Valentina est accueillante et dynamique... Il y a surtout une chose qui a été dérangeante : c'est le bruit qu ont fait les voisins le soir (paroles fortes et bruit Télévision) sinon le petit chauffage d appoint a été utile le matin et soir

Great Place to Stay
Perfect flat in Barcelona to stay and go and explore. Comfy and roomy when you’re there with all the amenities you need and walking distance to the city centre and metro stops near-by to go anywhere. Had a great time!

The apartment was very comfortable and large. Master bedroom is comfy and it was great to have a tiny balcony for fresh air. The other two rooms are smaller but they are comfortable. Ideal for a family. Location is about 20 minutes in metro from main attractions, but there are two metro stops nearby. We were glad to be away from noisy downtown area.
There is a supermarket next door, the kitchen has all you need. There is laundry machine in kitchen, no dryer.
We loved our stay and Valentina was very helpful and responds almost immediately to your texts messages which is fabulous. We recommend this property!

The apartment was very comfortable and large. Master bedroom is comfy and it was great to have a tiny balcony for fresh air. The other two rooms are smaller but they are comfortable. Air conditioning only in dining area, so the two rooms by the entrance do not get any AC, only 3 main chairs on dining room. A few random chairs extra. ( one was kinda broke) very plain apartment, walls are white but a bit dirty specially by bed head rests. The host and cleaning crew were very nice.

Although no one ever came to meet us, we figured it out on our own. We did have a nice lady who happened to be walking by help us get into the apartment as the instructions as to which apartment it was was not very clear especially when you have jet lag. The bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen was adequate but it could use a better sofa as that is squished next to the dinning table. We loved being away from the tourist area and even attended a local festival where we were warmly greeted because we didn’t find the rest of spain to be so friendly.

In short, communication with the host very limited, only by email/messenger.
Would not recommend this apartment and would never stay there again.

As described - a nice fit for our family
We recently stayed at this flat with our family of 5. The flat was clean and we had plenty of space. The rooms are nice and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, although we could not fit more than 4 around the table table comfortably, and there's a lack of living space if you are intending to sit and relax. That didn't matter to us, because we were very busy in Barcelona. We also enjoyed the little balcony overlooking the alley. It was a lovely little space to sit and enjoy some wine after a long day of exploring. The wifi performance was a bit spotty on occasion, but worked well enough for our needs. Our lovely host Valentina was at the flat waiting for us as promised, and was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She also helped us book a taxi to pick us up and bring us to the airport after our stay. The flat's location was ideal for us. A quieter area of the city, but a quick walk to the Metro to connect you virtually anywhere. We also loved that there is a supermarket literally next door. Highly recommended!

Clean apartment in quieter part of Barcelona
Nice and clean apartment. Bathroom is fully tiled with a great shower (showering is a pleasure here!)
Galley kitchen, but includes a full-size refrigerator. Very convenient to grocery stores: Mercadona (see last picture in display) is literally next door. Pharmacy next to that; another grocery store across the street. Not centrally located in the city, but public transportation in Barcelona is cheap (10 Euro for 10 metro trips), so it doesn't really matter. Apartment is three or four blocks from multiple Metro stations. Personally, I prefer it that way; the area feels safer to wander around in, and it's quieter at night.
Small suggestion to Valentina (the owner): consider including proper glasses (not jam/jelly jars), as well as wine glasses. (There are Spanish wines to be consumed in Barcelona!)

Everything was ok. Great apartment in a very quiet place with all facilities : parking, supermarket, market and underground direct to city center.
Valentina and her father were very helpful.
