Right in the heart of Capitola. Free street parking pass. Back room probably more quiet than the front but the bands stop at around 10. No bands on Wednesday. The bed was comfortable. I slept in passed 7 which is not normal do me.. The folks were very helpful, arranging the Shadowbrook taxi for us. It’s a steep hill that we managed in the past but having the taxi was a blessing. They also tracked down a local market for us that sold the coffee they served for breakfast. Very pleasant people.

I like that it was located in the village you can park and pretty much walk everywhere. That is also why I didn’t like my stay parking was tricky when we got there the village was so crowded. But once it slowed down we were able to park closer. Also it’s pretty loud on a Saturday night didn’t bother us but I can see how it might bother lighter sleepers.

Location is great close to shopping ..restaurants and the beach

Window overlooked street which made for a lot of noise..all the delivery trucks stopping for the restaurants at 3 am and unloading woke us up every night - keep in mind windows are open because there is no air conditioning so you need the window and fan on
