Perfect location! 10 minute walk to breakfast on Liberty and squares along Bull Street eventually stopping at Forsyth Park for the farmers market and a snack in the sun. Quiet neighborhood. Easy weekend parking along East Broad. Let Uber do most of the driving :)

Stayed here on my honeymoon. Location was clean and close enough to everything that we didn't bother getting a car, we just walked everywhere. Would happily stay here again!

I will never stay here again. The instructions for parking in my email were very clear and I went by those and made sure to park where I was told I could park and received a parking ticket. Called the office and they said there was nothing they could do that I would have to go to the place that wrote the ticket.

The condo was very nice and clean!!! I had two issues with it the bathroom sink didn’t have hot water and i did spotted a house roach in the kitchen ...we had to throw 5 slices of pizza away that we left out not knowing that the condo had bugs Overall our stay was great and yes i would book this place again with some hot water in the bathroom sink and no bugs .

The carriage house on Liberty was very cute and comfortable. It is conveniently located near the Historic District and we loved walking the area. We were close to some awesome restaurants and enjoyed the charm of Savannah. Parking was a bit of a challenge. We are older and had trouble with figuring out the Roku device. We would have liked cable better. We contacted the property managers about instructions for the Roku but we didn't get a reply. Other than that it was a nice place and suited most of our needs. We do love Savannah!

The place is in a good locations within Savannah. There are some factors that aren't great but are workable, parking is not available at the location, but we had no issue locating free and cheap paid parking very close by. The place was clean and getting into the place was easy. For drawbacks, the check out process isn't great, and didn't work in the app or online for us so we called just to make sure the agency knew we were out in time. Additionally, the TV in the living room is like the first smart TV in history, it's version of Netflix was so old that I thought Netflix was doing a throwback menu, but then I tried to open Hulu and the TV said Hulu no longer made versions compatible with that TV. Also, the couches are just how they look in the picture which is to say...well used, not bad, but they are definitely "end of life". This is not to knock the place, it was a decent place at a fair price, I would seriously consider staying here again.

This carriage house was well equipped for a long weekend visit to Savannah for me and my partner. The location was very close/walkable to many different parts of the city. The rental agency also was very helpful in kindly shipping an item back to us that we left in-unit at the end of the stay (thank you!) Our only complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable and seemed like it was sagging significantly in the center. Other than this, we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. A lovely spot walking distance to many things in beautiful Savannah. The hosts prepared us with all the information we needed and the apartment was well equipped so we never even had a need to reach out to them. Great stay!

Very cute condo in a perfect location. My daughter and I walked everywhere, I never needed the car. I did not have trouble finding a parking space like some others have mentioned. It might be time to get some new pillows, but a great value, and I would definitely stay there again.

It was a wonderful stay in Savannah. The place was clean and very cozy. We got to meet the owners as well and they were very kind and nice. We had a bathroom leak and they were there in less then 10 minutes to take of the problem. Can’t wait to come back!

Overall, my husband and I felt that the listing was clean and comfortable. While we didn’t spend much time in the space during the day, it was perfect for what we needed. Nice, quiet location that was close to a wonderful coffee shop (Fox & Fig). We like to walk everywhere, so we enjoyed exploring the local neighborhood and quaint streets on our way to the River Street area.

I am unsure why we had so many problems with finding parking when all other reviews never mentioned a problem!?! We were in/out several times per day while visiting family just outside of the downtown area. We ALWAYS had trouble finding a parking space within a 5 minute walk. The rental is not located in the upscale area of town, but we never felt unsafe. The unit was super clean and felt spacious enough for 2 adults. The bed is not a QUEEN. We are fit, military adults and we could not fit comfortably in that bed. We ended up sleeping separately with one us sleeping on the sofa. When you enter the unit, there are 20 steps leading up to the living space. We didnt have any problem with the steps, however that needs to be noted in the listing and a picture added so that it meets disability standards. We would not stay in this area again.

The property was exactly as described. Location made everywhere we wanted to visit within walking distance. Finding parking was super easy as well! Having some “to go” cups available would’ve been a plus since walking around that area with alcoholic beverages is perfectly acceptable. Certainly not a deal breaker, but a nice, and appreciated, touch!

My husband booked us a mini vacay for my 30th birthday. The location was conveniently close to almost everything. The only down fall was trying to find parking. We had a cop follow us a couple blocks. (They probably thought we were casing the neighborhood). The apartment was super clean and stocked with basic items . My husband even commented on how simple but cute it was!

The bed is terrible. There's only parking on the side of busy roads that aren't visible from the house. Wasn't very clean, ice maker full of mold, food on the floor.

The location is in a good spot and really not a far walk if you don’t mind 15-20 minutes of walking to get to the riverside. Everything was clean and that is the most important thing to me when it comes to staying in a place.

Simple accommodation with all you need for a few nights stay to see the historic sights of Savannah, they're all within walking distance. Free on street parking in the next street. Spotlessly clean and owner provided cleaning products and good quality toiletries. Highly recommended

The location was great, parking was iffy, the street parking is right by a construction zone so during the day you may have to park kinda far. The place wasn’t that clean, a surface wipe but didn’t feel deep cleaned. Also, the TV. So it says they have Amazon fire in the bedroom tv, but you need a PIN to access anything and that wasn’t provided. Couldn’t even log into a personal account and watch that way.

A nice, clean apartment. Ideal for a couple or individual who's looking to mostly eat out. The location is a good compromise between price and the convenience of accessing downtown and historic Savannah. We had a great stay and would come back again.

Location and apartment were a great home base for exploring Savannah and had everything we needed. Our only issue was that the A/C was out in the place and so it was extremely hot in the apartment and no one was able to get out to fix it. Honestly an understandable issue with how hot things have been. Management was super understanding and helpful and gave us a refund, so I appreciated their integrity and would book from them again

I would change the shower curtain rod to a curved steady one. The curtain as hooks and curtains as well. The bed skirt also needs to be replace. However, I'm still give it a 5. very nice place.

We visited while my oldest daughter attended a week-long program at SCAD. We walked everywhere in the city. The location was convenient. The neighborhood is charming. The dining suggestions left by the owners of the property were on point. We ate breakfast at J. Christopher's every day. We took an Uber to Tybee on 2 on the days. It was about $34 each way. Loved the city and am very happy with our stay here. Thank you!
