My boys and I did a mom son trip to Asheville to celebrate the oldest son's graduation. We loved this cottage!! The neighborhood is nice and beautiful, and we were ecstatic to see bears every day. Momma bear even performed a playful somersault down the hill the first night we arrived. It's a great little house in a fantastic location. Highly recommend!!

When we arrived there was an overwhelming smell of mildew in the home. The sofa was also smelly. The pots and pans were absolutely disgusting and need to be replaced. We were unable to cook any of the food we brought.The beds and pillows were great in the bedrooms. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Great front porch and scenery.

We enjoyed our brief stay. The temperature in the cottage was very comfortable and everything was clean. We were not able to get the TV to work with Spectrum, the water in bathroom sink would not get warm and the porch sinks in a lot when you go up the side steps. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the cottage as we were in town as vendors for the Pickle Festival. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very informative and quick to respond to messages.
