Summit Condominiums enjoy underground parking, pools, spas, tennis courts, laundry facilities and weight room. High Speed Wireless Internet. All Mammoth Sierra guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. We had a good Stay. Kids has enjoyed it. We had a little issue with TV in the hall but we didn't focus on that much. Overall we had a good stay. We will stay again if probably in coming years. Thanks for seamless check-in and Check-out process.

Perfect spot for our small family. It is as described. I just would recommend some kind of fan because there is no moving air in the condo and it got a little warm at night. We hope to book here again and bring a fan :) Maria went above and beyond helping us find this condo. Thanks again!!!

Extremely well appointed kitchen, this is from a big foodie that carries own spices and knives. I was impressed. Only issue with kitchen is there was no pantry to put food, all taken with dishes, etc. The furniture and paint are a little outdated but acceptable. Bed good, linens great. Couch ok.

Overall this was a good rental. My wife said it was the best one we have only problem was with the lack of cabinet space for storing food in the kitchen.Management was excellent, responding promptly to a problem we had with the TV.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It had a lot of the cooking amenities more than I expected. We were very comfortable and enjoyed using the fireplace. Walking distance to Eagle Lodge so it was convenient for skiing. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully kept property that’s within walking distance of Eagle lift (even with a 4 year old, skis etc). A real “homely feel” about this apartment, comfortable beds with everything you need in a kitchen. Just wonderful!!!

Very nice and reasonably priced
We had great time last weekend. This place is in a great location. It was a short walk to Eagle Lodge. The condo has not been upgraded, however it is maintained well and extremely clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that a couple of plates were dirty when we pulled them out of the cabinet. This is more of a reflection of the housekeeping company than the overall experience with the condo. After having my own property on a rental program for many years, I understand the difficulty of getting housekeeping to do a good job.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and loved the condo #207. Very clean, and kitchen was well stocked with great cookware. We enjoyed the fireplace every-night and watched some great football games. The king bed was lively and bath/shower had really hot water. Parking was easy and short walk to our door. We look forward to our next visit and would definitely stay here again. L

Overall, we had a great time staying there. It was close to restaurants and shops, super close to Eagle Lodge. We had a little trouble finding the unit by using the navigation. Then we read the driving instruction the management sent us. We were able to find it eventually. And the wifi in the unit did not work. Other than that, everything else was great and convenient. We had a great time.

Condo is described accurately but the second bedroom is more of a converted closet than a bedroom and does not fully close off from family room. OK for kids but not for adults. Nice jacuzzi and easy parking. Would definitely come again.

Nice condo convenient to Mammoth Ski Area. Well appointed with nice furnishings and well stocked kitchen. Only negative is you have to pick the key up from the rental agent about 1.5 miles away. We checked in after skiing on Friday and the rental agent was swamped. Got the key after not too bad of a wait and had a great stay.

This place was perfect for our family of four. It has plenty of living space, a cozy fireplace, and a workable kitchen. We’re used to being spoiled at home, so the only difficulty we experienced was sharing just one bathroom among the four of us.

This is a well maintained condo with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I have stayed in many different condos over the years and this was one of the only ones with a well stocked kitchen with everything for gourmet cooking. It was a pleasure to stay there and be able to make holiday meals without needing to buy spices or look for various cooking utensils. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon entering the condo is very nice, though with no cross ventilation and no fans, on a warm day (which we had) it can get pretty warm inside. Kitchen is fabulously appointed, great to cook in. Once we had the sofa repaired the living room was great to relax in in the evenings. My only real complaint is that the complex itself is SO dark!. The pools and jacuzzis are open until 10 pm but you cannot see to get there. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to light the pathway and that was still dicey. I realize you don't want the light pollution up there, but you could put pathway lighting down on the ground, for safety sake. It gets very dark up there! Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable.

Very nice place to stay overall. Beds were comfortable and living room was nice and large for visiting. Kitchen was amazingly appointed, including a nice spice rack. Nice to have two separate bathroom sink areas, even though there is only one bathroom. My only complaint is that there needs to be better lighting around the complex at night. There is NONE. It is very difficult to get to the pools and jacuzzis after dark. Perhaps they could put in footpath lighting so it won't interfere with the beautiful night sky. My only other suggestion would be to include a fan or two, or put in a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom. The sun shines in that until and it was pretty warm in there in the afternoon.

The property was great! Immaculately clean, very spacious. I wish I could keep my own home as tidy! The only minor complaints were that there was some confusion at check to get keys, and the sauna was not operational. I'd happily stay there again.
