Nice place with 3 separate units upstairs. Unit A roomy and well done. Unit B much smaller and unit C is a basic hotel type room so a little differ than what is listed but a nice complex.

Nice lay out but needs some upkeep. Some of the shades were inoperable.
The Air con was leaking severely in unit A and made the door stick and hard to lock. We had to put down multiple towels.
Unit C's hot water did not work. They came and fixed it the next day but it went back out the night before we left. We had no hot water for 3 of the 5 days we were there. Also, the main door from the outside going into all the units had a hole about the size of a baseball in it. All that being said its a nice lay out but really needs some TLC

Code to check in was not provided. Upon arrival, one of the rooms was unlocked. Furniture is worn. Proprietary alarm system went off in the middle of the night and there were no instructions on how to disengage. Vacasa was of no help. Overpriced for the inconveniences. We were a group of 3 couples traveling together for a destination wedding. This was the perfect spot for couples! Each room had privacy with its own bathroom, could individually lock, but we could all come together in the common space and balcony area. We loved the balcony overlooking Duvall to drink coffee in the morning and to people watch at night. This is on the quieter end of Duvall so there’s not too much noise. Great cafes and a convenience store just around the corner. We loved our stay here and other guests of the wedding were jealous of our location and space!

This property is in poor condition in several respects - broken blinds, broken windows, worn furniture and cabinets, rusty refrigerator shelves and missing freezer doors, unstable stairwell railing, hole in primary entrance door, and last but not least - horrendous chemical smell in Unit C. This place needs a lot of work for the price point we paid/they asked for. We rented the entire penthouse - three units (A, B, C). The furniture was dirty and worn; multiple broken blinds in Unit A; broken window mechanisms in Unit C (preventing us from airing out the chemical smell) - ALL three windows. No security at the main hallway door - only on each individual unit door (something to keep in mind if you rent the entire penthouse). The chemical odor was overwhelming - our eyes and throats were irritated and because the window mechanisms were broken, we could not air out the room. You may ask - why did we stay? Well, we were with a group and it was an important trip. We did contact Vacasa immediately upon arrival about the smell....and after three phone calls, they finally brought over a tiny room air purifier...that did nothing to mitigate the odor. If we were paying $500 a night. I may have been able to overlook the issues, but we paid $3300 for 3 nights. This property is not worth the asking.

Good location right on Duval. Very comfy and spacious. Our 3 couples had their own entrances and separate spaces, which was very nice and private. The common shared spaces were also good sized and comfy. We especially enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and evenings for a little fresh air and crowd watching. 5 stars!

Great place for 3 couples
Each couple had their own unit, but we were able to be together for meals and games in the largest unit. Great restaurants were just around the corner.
The property managers were amazing in light of the Covid-19 crisis that developed during our stay. We intended to stay for 3 night and had paid in advance for 3 nights, but everything began to close the first day we arrived. At the end of the second day, we decide to vacate a day early and get home ASAP. I called Vacasa and told them we were leaving a day early and just wondered if there might be some accommodation in light of the global pandemic. By the time we got home, an email was waiting that thanked me for our stay and said I would be receiving a credit on my credit card for the night instead of future stay credit because of my patience and understanding during my conversation. Wow, that truly exceeded my expectations, Thanks Vacasa!

Perfect Key West Penthouse for Groups
A group of friends went to key west to attend a friend's wedding and we stumbled on this gem! It was awesome because there are three separate suites and a main living area to share! Full kitchen too! It's the perfect balance of staying with friends and still having your privacy! Loved it! The amenities were wonderful too.... I've stayed at other rental places that don't have much for toiletries and literally 1 roll of toilet paper haha... Vacasa gave us plenty of TP and tons of basic toiletries, various towels, beach towels, and basic essentials! Much appreciated!

Great place to stay in Key West
My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and rented out all three units. Each of them was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect as well, right on Duval street. It was not too loud at night and an easy walk to the bars. There are also some great food options right around the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is also in a great location, close enough to walk to the Duval street bars, but not too loud at night. There were also some great shops and restaurants right near by. I would definitely stay there again!

Excellent location for access to all of Devul but in a quiet location. Scooter rentals are a must if it’s your first time on the island.

In the heart of key west there lies a gem
We reserved all 3 units as we had 7 people sharing the house. The place was spotless, we had plenty of space for gathering as well as space for privacy. we could walk to all major attractions and restaurants, I would highly recommend it anyone staying in Key West.

Great size and location, but property management needs work
We really enjoyed the location and size of this property. Having three bedrooms and bathrooms was great and the balcony overlooking Duval Street was a great place to have a morning coffee or evening cocktail. The condo is smartly laid out and had everything that we needed.
Check in was a pain. Despite receiving multiple emails about check in, we never received the access code. We tried calling the provided phone number, which actually took us to a different management company who couldn't assist. They then suggested I call a "different" number", which was actually the original number I called and took me right back to them. They said the only solution would be to physically go to the management company, which was supposedly open until 6PM. I arrived at the management office at 5:30 to find that they actually closed at 5:00. Luckily I was able to track someone down who was able to help, but check in took about an hour when it should have taken seconds.
Additionally, one of the bedrooms has a major bug problem, which was also noted in a review back in August. When we were making it to bed late the first night, we pulled the sheets back to fine thousands of tiny black dots. We changed the sheets and hoped it was just a fluke (hoping it might be pollen or something else). The next night we found even more. After extensive research, we believe it was actually termite poop. Apparently termites like to get in between sheets during the day. Further investigation outside found extensive evidence of termites feasting on the building.
We contacted the management company and got the same run around as check in. When we finally did speak to someone at the management company, they explained to treat termites they'd have to tent the whole house, so there wasn't much they could do besides send someone to clean that room. The cleaner (who arrived later than the management company indicated) told us that the poop in the bed is a long standing problem for that room. After all was said and done, the management company did not provide any type of compensation for what was essentially an unusable bed.
