Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy and had all the basics for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was good. Would stay again 😊

We came up for a family christening in the church over the road. We had 5 rooms and 9 adults and 2 babies. They accommodated a large family group for our evening meal and the toddlers explored around inside and out and all the staff were very helpful and pleasant. After checkout we gathered in the lounge area in the bar and finished off our make up etc. Again the staff accommodated our lively little ones. Rooms were lovely, breakfast was great.
It was rather noisy in the evening with the clientele raising their voices to talk over the music playing through the speakers.

Price and good pub atmosphere
Smell of vomit in the room (probably due to the exceptionally hot weather). Tv was stuck on Love island, unable to change channels. Due to the heat the window was open, and very very noisy from people from the pub outside drinking.
