Had only been open a month so everything fresh & clean. Has a fully equipped gym with all Technogym machines. The breakfast was excellent. Thought the evening meal at the Gordon Ramsey restaurant was expensive - £60 for beef wellington, although the food was good. Had excellent massage with Monika at the spa.
I didn’t like the fact that I had to walk across the car park in my gown to get to the spa .

Cold plunge in the SPA area and good gym.
Very bad location in terms of noise, every 3-5 minutes you hear an airplane departs exactly over the location. Very loud.
No welcome drinks or room welcoming drink. Very poor mini bar.
They don't allow children until 18 to enter SPA area and an explanation to that was that they have customers that visit and pay for SPA but that we also pay as a guests and for children as well - they don't care.
Definitely not a Fairmont level.
