Swimming pool was fantastic.
Hotel just stunning.
Rooms comfortable and well equipped.
Only that heated towel rail didn't work-minor thing really and floor in accessible room in bathroom was extremely slippery when wet. Could do with something doing with it so not so slippery.

The property itself is beautiful. The bed was comfy. The room service food was nice.
I was assigned the wrong type of room (twin instead of double and then moved to an accessible room, where many of the bathroom facilities were then not appropriate for my use). The pool/spa facilities are lacking - jacuzzi fits two people comfortably at most. There were cobwebs around the room ceiling and bits still on the floor. I was charged a £25 fee for bringing my dog with nothing being in place to accommodate them (no water bowl/ dog bed/ etc, which I've received at several other hotels).
