Friendly staff
Generally bedroom and bathroom could have been cleaner, webs and spiders in corners, stains on cushions and throw.
Public areas look tired and a deep clean is required throughout.
Bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable - needs a mattress topper.
Looking forward to my breakfast on first morning but sadly after waiting 45 minutes for an omelette I gave up.
As my visit was to see a seriously ill relative in critical care at a local hospital I couldn't find the energy to make a fuss.

Nothing in particular. A wake had taken over the whole bar/restaurant area, so when we arrived no space for hotel guests to engage or relax until early evening. The room was much smaller then shown and overall very disappointing.
Our room was not up to standard, difficult to walk around the bed to access the bathroom, television was on a very low table only visible from one side of the bed. Based on a busy road/intersection so traffic noise was an issue. The large car park absolutely full of cars from first thing in the morning and also when we arrived, but there was a wake taking place that afternoon, but the hotel was really quiet in the morning, so where were the people, is it used as a drop off facility for the airport, not one free parking space available until we left and this was a large car park.
