Very comfortable room, only stayed one night to attend a concert at the racecourse.
Great location, very central, with parking very close by. Fairly expensive at £16 for 24 hours but very convenient.
Very helpful staff. We were offered an immediate, early check in, which was a bonus.
We stayed in the Zoo Apartment on a Friday night, and there was some noise from a nearby bar. The volume did go down considerably after midnight.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The property is tastefully decorated.
The room was too hot and the small air conditioning unit was not effective and too noisy to be left on overnight. The pipe from this ACU had to hang outside the window. The hotel is next to the car park ramps and the view from the bathroom window is of cars going up and down the ramps. The view from our window was of the building site next door and the beer garden below, so it was quite noisy at times. When you are paying premium prices you expect more. We were disappointed with our stay and do not consider this value for money when there are other hotels in better locations with facilities such as their own bar, spa facilities etc.
