The staff were very helpful, even rearranged the car park to fit in our large car. The breakfast was very tasty. We indulged in afternoon tea, which was great.

The property was a great location and easily walkable to local facilities and the town centre. Great laundry nearby too. Staff were fantastic.
No problems with anything.

The property was clean, very close to the city centre. Breakfast was great and good price. The car park was an advantage
We didn’t get a good sleep due to the noise on the upper floor, we can hear the conversations. Poor sound proofing.
The staff was not very helpful when we had issue with the coffee machine. Did not offer to check or gave us any alternative. Just a simple response that she can’t help and that is it.
During breakfast, staff were not friendly and warm and welcoming.
