I enjoyed Services of the hotel. Stay was great. The only think that was a bit annoying was the fact that when checking out I payed twice due to a malfunction of your TPE. I sent an email reporting the issue but hotel never responded and I did not get my money back.

Excellent location , across from the station and 5 minutes walk to main centre: hotel is beautiful following refurb , lovely surprise were the gardens , our room was spacious with a fabulous huge new bathroom

The Queen hotel was within walking distance to the train station and attractions. A couple of the receptionists were excellent. We had a problem with lighting in the bathroom of both rooms we were in and was told it would get taken care of but it wasn’t. The bathroom mirrors need to be resolved or fixed.
