Awesome place!! Within walking distance to the river, downtown, and the parks. Highly recommend.

The property itself was very nice. We loved the high ceilings and the bedrooms were spacious. But as others mentioned there were issues that come up during our stay: *The A/C unit in one of the bedrooms did not work. We plugged in a new one. While we were out the new one completely melted the outlet. Thankfully, it shut off. But the bed is very close to the outlet and a fire could definitely have been possible. This of course also meant we had to have an electrician out multiple times while we were there to fix things. *The owner emailed us asking about our stay. We mentioned a concern and he never responded *We came home to find one of the window sills covered in dirt. This was concerning since the window does not lock and is accessible from the roof. We started checking all our belongings and called the manager to find out that power washing had been done. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. *A day earlier than we were expected to leave we came back around 2:30 to the condo to find the cleaning lady smoking on the porch and on the phone with the manager. We overheard the manager say "tell them they have 5 minutes to get out, they needed to be out by 11." This of course freaked us out. I had to pull up the reservation myself and tell her, who then told him, that he had the date wrong. He agreed but never apologized. *The bathroom advertises a tub however the drain plug does not actually fit into the drain, so actually having a bath is not possible. This was super frustrating since we had two small kids with us *I found it odd it advertises that it's for 6 people but they only had 4 dining room chairs *The ceiling vents leak. Not a huge deal except one of them is directly over the dining room table where someone's plate would be if they were eating...yuck. Another drips on any towels hung on the bathroom door when the door is closed. *The sofa bed is the absolute worst I have ever felt. DO NOT plan on having adults sleep there, they won't sleep. Thankfully it was just our two small kids and they didn't mind but holy cow it's basically just springs. I was hoping the owner would have responded to my email so we could address these concerns with him but he never did. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless but that has more to do with the activities we did in Savannah than this condo.

Love this place and where it is situated. Reservation, check-in and check-out was very easy. It was easy to drive around for restaurants, groceries etc. The apartment was very clean and in a quiet area.

This place was very nice, quiet, easy access, and a good walk for us to/from historic district. Close to park, coffee shops, vinyl store. We enjoyed mornings on the front porch! Thank you for a great stay in one of my favorite cities.

This property is a multi-unit and we had ample street parking. Being on the second floor we weren't really sure how to access the provided parking behind the unit but had no trouble with street parking. You can only COMFORTABLY fit 4 people. It is NOT a comfortable pull out even for my 9 & 13 year olds and the other option is a blow up provided. With only one bathroom, my parents decided to head to a hotel, so that was a bummer. Plenty of towels were provided but bring your own blow dryer. Coffee pot was like hotel sized and kitchen seemed to run low on amenities (hate not having wine glasses to drink from, so maybe I'm fussy) but luckily we had decided not to cook in the unit with so many wonderful restaurants to choose from. Overall I prefer a location closer to Broughton/River for walkability, but this worked well as it was closer to our daughter's house and we were there for SCAD graduation. It was very clean and we loved the board games provided as an added bonus!

Perfect for extended stay for a couple. Incredible location, walking distance to Forsyth Park. One & a half blocks from Kroger. Minor drawback is that it's an upstairs unit, so staircase must be used for in & out. But, hey, we like exercise!

Property was as described. View was nice, as the unit is on the second floor (a surprise to us), up a flight of 19 steps. Everything we needed was available. Property manager was very responsive. When we moved in the kitchen faucet was unusable, but was repaired promptly. Another note, the laundry is full sized stacked washer and dryer, with the controls for the dryer very high. I could not see them without a taller helper. (Maybe a stool would help?) Unit could use some instructions for the heat/ac unit at least. Overall we had a good stay for two weeks. The location was great, just a few blocks from Forsyth park, and close to relatives.

The apartment was beautiful the location was great it was right up the street from everything food and all only thing was the steps but we made it happen I would definitely recommend

The whole process was very easy and the property very clean! Great location too! Right off of downtown and within walking distance of many attractions.

We spent the weekend at this apartment. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. I would recommend. Just You are at least a mile to the riverfront and you will be walking quite a bit. I would have rather stayed a little closer to Bay Street. Cold outside so we had to take the car in park closer in at night time.

We loved the apartment and felt totally safe in the neighborhood. There were a couple of glitches but the owner took care of them right away. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The residence was clean. The location was a little far from the river but it wasn’t an issue as you can also use the Downtowner that provides free rides from 5pm to 5am. The listing stated two bikes but were not available when requested. The parking was easy and able to get a spot near the front door if you didn’t wanna park in the designated spot around back. The internet wasn’t working at the time. We will be staying here again.

Everything exactly like advertised. Had problem with lock box (my fault) someone was there in 5 mins or less to help us. Fantastic.

We loved this centrally located apartment with everything we needed, including games!

Overall our group of 5 had a good stay. The location of the apartment is in a quiet residential area and a quick Uber ride away from downtown Savannah. There is plenty of parking on the main street but you have to read the parking signs as there are some restrictions. The apartment itself is well furnished and had a few games in the living room that we took advantage of. We had some minor hiccups that was out of the property manager's control. When our group arrived at check-in time (a little after 4pm), the apartment had not been fully cleaned. We addressed this to David, the property manager, who apologized and said that one of his other homes had issues so the cleaning staff had to spend more time there. Later that evening when we were ready to go to bed, we noticed that the bed was made but there were no sheets on the mattress! There were no extra sheets that could be located in the apartment. This was one item overlooked by the cleaning staff and David apologized once we spoke to him the following morning. In the end, he took care of the issue to our satisfaction.

Plenty of room and everything you need. We loved the street and location too.
