Everything was very nice, the staff very friendly, clean and all the comfort and ammenities for a pleasant stay. Food is varied, fresh and entertainment is also available in various forms.
No critique, since this is our maybe 5th visit here and we will return for sure. We are supporting sustainability and are anti food waste, still sometimes some courses are recycled from previous meals. No complains.

1. The fact that was so close to the beach
2. Big complex, clean, a lot of trees and green allies to walk on

6. The hours for the meals were really flexible (like breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00)
7. The room was really big and clean, the cleaners came in every day
8. They were super nice and they gave us a bottle of red wine when we left as gift from them which never happened to me before from a place where I stayed, I really really liked that.
1. Let’s start with the food, which was my biggest disappointment. Every day basically the same thing. I was expecting to have at dinner some themed meals but we had that only on Friday and Saturday and it was meh.
2. The variety of food wasn’t great. As I said, basically the same thing every day at every meal. Yes, the sweets were various but the taste wasn’t great.
3. The way the food was cooked. Every single thing had tones of oil in it which for me it’s a big no since I eat really clean and basic. Even the legumes that were supposed to be grilled were practically having a bath in oil.
4. There were vegetarian options but not too many unfortunately.
5. I was talking about the warm foods now, but every day we had a table full of cold foods like cheese and salami and salads. Every day the same food. Not even a bit of something different.
6. Also there was a thing that made me pretty mad and for the people to come - don’t come before 11:00 cause you’ll be waiting at the gate. They wouldn’t let us in to at least park the car to go to the beach. We knew the check-in was after 15:00 and we didn’t even wanted to have the room earlier than that, we just wanted to park the car within the complex to be able to go change in swimsuits and go to the beach. But we had to wait at the gate more than an hour until 11:00 to let us in for whatever reason they had we don’t know. Also in the confirmation message we received there was no mention about this particular procedure cause if we knew in advance, we would’ve come later.
Basically it was a nice stay but I have been before to all inclusive and this one was pretty disappointing. Unfortunately I won’t come again.

We arrived at 13:30, on 26 June-Monday , and even though the check in started at 15, they gave us a room at 13:45, and gave us a little presentation about the hotel, programs, etc. We also had a bellboy who helped us with our luggage.
Parking was included.
They provided a baby crib.
The room was clean and quiet.
At the restaurant there were enough seats both indoors and outdoors, for smokers and non-smokers alike.
There was a lot of greenery and shade, so we could spend time outside anytime of the day.
At that time, the hotel wasn't too crowded; it had just cleared out after the weekend. When we told them that we were given a different room than the one we booked on b00king (it was supposed to have a sea view, but to see the sea, you had to step out onto the balcony and stand there – not as comfortable as going to the beach to see it), they still insisted that we received what we had reserved. The room we got it's not visible on their site or any other booking site. The balcony was 50cm wide, and 4m long - it was useless (see pics). After the first day, and after many asking, begging, after 7 attempts to solve it with booking.com, they changed the room with the one we choose and paid for.
The minibar is basically a box with a fan and a light inside – it doesn't cool at all. I needed to use a gel ice pack that needs to be frozen; it was no use.
The children's pool was just a bigger bathtub with colder water than the sea, and the filtering system didn't seem to work properly whenever we were there, making it risky for the children's health. The most dangerous part was that they could easily get their feet caught on the edge and around the pool
