I really enjoyed the location, the facilities, and especially the beautiful design of both the villas and the hotel. The entire property is very well integrated into the surrounding landscape and has a pleasant, stylish atmosphere.
The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and I also appreciated the cleanliness of the beach and the overall care given to the property.
What could be improved
There are a few aspects that could be improved to make the experience even better.
1.The chairs in the restaurant are beautiful, high-quality and clearly an important part of the overall design. However, they are extremely heavy and make a considerable amount of noise every time they are moved, which becomes quite unpleasant in a busy restaurant. I would strongly recommend adding protective/felt pads underneath them to reduce the noise.
2.The outdoor sauna was operational only on the day of our arrival. I assume this may have been because we visited towards the end of the season and it was being closed for the season, but we did not see any information or notice about this.
3.The outdoor jacuzzi also seemed to require maintenance, as only some of the jets were working. There was also a rather noisy group of guests drinking in the jacuzzi and even jumping into it. The staff did intervene and asked them to stop, which I appreciated, but considering that their behaviour continued to disturb the other guests, I believe a firmer approach would have been appropriate.
4. A small shelf or holder for shower gel and shampoo would also be very useful in the shower in the villa.
5. Finally, the restaurant did not seem to have enough glasses for the number of guests. At almost every meal, we had to use plastic cups for water and soft drinks and paper cups for coffee. For a property of this standard and design, having an adequate supply of proper glassware and coffee cups would significantly improve the dining experience.
Overall, these are mostly practical issues that could be addressed quite easily and would make an already beautiful property considerably more enjoyable.

Beach is few minutes away with included sunbeds. Breakfast was also very good. Closed pool is very good as well.
A little bit more can be done for room cleanliness. Water in the pool with slides is a little bit cold for kids. Beer on the beach was too expensive.

Returned to this hotel, second time - 2026 has had a poorer cleaning service (villa). Preferred doing it myself as cleaning staff weren’t sweeping floor or vacuuming (even with tips and direct requests).
Food choice was far better than last year and restaurant was much cleaner- that’s a big improvement!
Pools, on the contrary, needed more cleaning, as could feel sand on the bottom , in all of them.
Also, management should keep control on what guests are visiting their hotel and what standards of behaviour is expected in the hotel.
Overall, still plenty of improvement required to meet 5*.
For us it was 7/10.

I liked the house we stayed in (Torino 1) and the sand. We had a house for 4 adult and 2 kids, but it was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and one big living room with a very spacious garden. The house was clean and the furniture well chosen.
Everything except the houses looks like lost in time, like they invested 12 years ago and no maintenance was done so far. We couldn’t get into the pools as they were very dirty. The rubber playground tiles were warped and sticking up at the edges, and the light pole was wobbly and dangerous. Also, they don’t have a good variety of food.
