The hotel is a spa resort with mineral water pools, and I must say, the pools and the mineral water itself are absolutely amazing. I even noticed a significant improvement in my knee and foot problems after using them.
The hotel is located very close to the sea and offers a lovely comfortable private beach area. The food is excellent, with plenty of choice to suit every taste. I also appreciated how efficiently the pool towel exchange system works.
On the negative side: first, smoking is allowed in the pool area, which I find completely unacceptable. Imagine swimming in the indoor pool with your children, with all the doors open, while several guests are smoking just outside the entrance. The air circulates, and within minutes, the entire indoor pool area fills with cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, this happened every single day. I still cannot understand how a 5-star wellness resort can allow this.
Second, at breakfast, there was always a queue of 5+ people waiting to use the coffee machine. It almost feels as though guests are being encouraged to give up waiting and buy their coffee at the bar instead.

Very clean and well maintained hotel, pools, saunas and garden. I liked the services, location and the beach.
We were not able to book with all inclusive via Booking, we only had half board option and that was not sufficient as for lunch we had to visit a terrace closer.

I liked the hotel overall and it offers great facilities like the SPA, swimming pools. I appreciated also the proximity and the easy access to the beach. Friendly and professional staff at the reception.
I have been quite disappointed by the food, especially that despite the fact that there was variety, some of the dishes were not tasteful at all. Maybe I would like to take this opportunity to kindly advice the hotel management to put more attention on the quality rather than quantity and improve the taste/ quality especially for vegetarian and vegan. We had 2 rooms booked and we also noticed that the house keeping was not that good in one of the rooms, they did not change the towels and they did not wash the glasses. Maybe this aspect needs some attention as well.
