Breakfast was excellent. Not only was it varied and good quality, it was also well tended, including staff members asking how things were. tyding up all the time, allthewhile being very welcoming to guests. It makes the difference when you have staff who perform their tasks professionally but also smiling showing actual care for the guests, like Héloise Rossit Silva the Operationsmanagerin. Some like her speak more than two languages, and that is also a big plus.

Great breakfast and location.
The small parking slots, but I am American. Some minor suggestions I made at the front desk. The sliding cover over the safe was off its track and the parking garage sign said first floor for reception but the elevator only had an erdgeschloss option - not all non-German speakers will understand. It seemed this last suggestion had been made many times before. An excellent hotel would have fixed this first impression confusion issue.

Very modern and attractive facilities, excellent breakfast and really caring staff.
The air con wouldn’t budge below 20 deg C and it felt warmer.
