I had a billing issue. Apparently there was a glitch in Booking.com sending hte payment to the hotel. At check out I was told they had not been paid. So I was billed twice. When I called later, the finance office was great. Spoke to a real person and she worked it out. Very polite and very apologetic - unliike Booking.com. When I tried to contact Booking.com, first it was very difficult trying to figure out how to get their help, and then, their only "help" was a bot response telling me to see if the hotel could help me. Booking.com, apparently, had no interest in helping to resolve the situation.
If Booking.com had an actual customer service department that actually helped customers when glitches occur.

Lobby and staff are good
Rooms outdated. Not of these time for a 4 star hotel to stand in a bathtub to shower. Lobby and bar (the entry) new and showing class. The only thing what’s modern or new about the room is the wooden key card😉
