Peaceful with a beautiful view. Family atmosphere with an in house mama looking after all the guests. The hosts had a tuk tuk and were happy to zip you around for local ish prices too. Highly recommend!

The property has an amazing,quiet location, perched on rise overlooking the beach. The rooms were clean modern and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The staff are actually the standout for us. It felt more like staying with family than staying at a regular hotel. The breakfast monkey show was also a wonderful experience.
In some ways a plus and a negative, the property is out of town which, in the off season when we visited, meant a tuk tuk ride to and from town for dinner. But this means the rooms are quiet and peaceful.

-Lovely spacious and comfortable bed
-They did laundry for us
-They drove us to other towns nearby by tuktuk
-Delicious breakfast every morning cooked by Chanu’s mother
-They stocked Kombucha and beers
-Lovely relaxing area to watch the beautiful view
-They welcome us with fresh coconuts and the warmest smiles - we felt like part of the family! We are so sad to leave.
We want to thank Chanu with his amazing family ever for our perfect stay. Thank you all, and we hope to be back in the near future!!!

We felt extremely comfortable and happy here. Our room was spacious and light and the views all around the property are stunning. There is so much wildlife on display here including, of course, the monkeys! The best thing about staying here though was how well treated we were. The breakfast and dinner were incredible and a great introduction to Sri Lankan food and we were continuously greeted by smiles and laughter and caring questions about how we slept and what we needed. One of my favourite stays in Asia.
